Company Bio – ZC Top Designs

ZC Top Designs was created by the father son team of Bob and Zach Chapman. Bob has worked in the residential construction industry for over 40 years having started his career working with a building material supply company and later working with a National building and development company where he was responsible at various times in his career for sales, sales management, design, construction and property development. After working in the corporate world for several years, Bob started his own custom home building company and successfully designed and built over 150 homes in South Brunswick County,  North Carolina.

Since retiring from the home building business, Bob is now directing his passion for the residential construction process by helping people design the custom home of their dreams. Bob’s  experience and love of the industry is very beneficial if you are planning your personal home or if you are a homebuilder needing assistance designing a product line for your portfolio of homes.

Zach, the computer design expert, has worked in the residential construction industry with his father for several years and understands the construction process and field operations thoroughly.  With his computer aided drafting knowledge and abilities, Zach has designed both custom residential homes and builder track homes. Being a very meticulous person, Zach makes every effort that his blueprints are easy to read and understand by the construction personnel in the field.

The combination of field experience and computer design knowledge make the ZC Top Designs team a winning combination.
